SVAFC 1st Community arts & Crafts Exhibition
Smoky Valley Arts & Folklife Center hosts its first Community Arts & Crafts Exhibition, featuring area artists and craftsmen. This exhibition has everything from paintings to fiber arts, stained glass to sculpture and ceramics. The works can be viewed from June 18th through August 29th, 2021 from 1-5 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Entry into the show was open to all in the Smoky Valley area and nothing was refused. The result is a lively mix of traditional to contemporary art, a glimpse at the unique ways in which each person pursues self expression. The exhibition is a fitting tribute to the creative vitality of our community and the artisans among us.
